It can of course happen that you want to return a product for some reason. This is possible at CoverHoesjes.nl within 14 days after receipt. There are some simple procedures to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Register return shipment
If you want to return a product, send an email to [email protected] with the following:
Reason of return
Desired solution (money back or new product)
We will then send you an e-mail within 2 working days describing how you can best return the product for a quick settlement. Then we ensure that you have your money back within a few days or a replacement product is sent.
The following items cannot be returned:
Items received more than 14 days ago.
Items that are used, damaged or incomplete.
Articles whose packaging is missing or torn.
Defective or incorrect delivery
Did you receive a product that became defective during transport or did you receive a wrong delivery? Then you can return the product free of charge. Send an email to [email protected] and we will ensure that you receive a new product
Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days. You will then receive the entire purchase amount back.
The shipping costs are for the buyer, unless it is clear that a wrong or defective item has been sent.
